Elemental Health provides personalised health coaching, education and digital resources designed to help clients build sustainable health through a whole-person approach.

Our coaching integrates personalised training, nutrition guidance, recovery, stress management and behaviour change education to help clients develop greater self-awareness, self-trust and lasting habits. Programs may include educational content, digital resources, coaching sessions, personalised recommendations and ongoing support.

Our services are educational and coaching-based in nature and are designed to support, educate and empower clients throughout their health journey.

Elemental Health provides health coaching and educational services only.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnose illnesses, prescribe treatment, or replace the care of your doctor, psychologist, physiotherapist, dietitian or other registered healthcare professional.

All recommendations provided throughout our coaching are intended for educational purposes and should not be considered medical advice.

Client Responsibility

Your results are influenced by many factors including your commitment, consistency, lifestyle, health history, personal circumstances and willingness to implement the strategies provided.

While many clients experience meaningful improvements in their health, confidence and wellbeing, individual results will always vary.

Elemental Health cannot guarantee any specific outcomes, including weight loss, body composition changes, performance improvements or health outcomes.

You acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and implementation throughout the coaching relationship.

Payment Policy

Clients are responsible for fulfilling all financial commitments associated with their chosen coaching program.

Where a payment plan has been selected, you authorise Elemental Health to process payments according to the agreed schedule.

Program fees, promotional offers and pricing structures may change at any time without notice. Existing purchases will remain subject to the pricing agreed at the time of enrolment.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our coaching services and immediate access to digital resources, all purchases are non-refundable.

Once your enrolment has been confirmed and access has been provided, refunds, transfers or cancellations are not available unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

We encourage all prospective clients to carefully consider whether the program is the right fit before enrolling.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us.

Any personal or health information shared throughout your coaching experience will be treated confidentially and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Clients participating in any group environments are also expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.

Intellectual Property

All educational materials, coaching resources, videos, training programs, nutrition resources, workbooks and digital content provided by Elemental Health remain the intellectual property of Elemental Health.

These materials are licensed solely for your personal use and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared or resold without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elemental Health accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage or adverse outcome arising from participation in our coaching services or the implementation of information provided.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant coaching program.

Termination

Elemental Health reserves the right to suspend or terminate coaching services where a client engages in abusive, threatening, unlawful or inappropriate behaviour, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or compromises the safety or wellbeing of others.

Where services are terminated due to a breach of these Terms, refunds will not be provided.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and where applicable, the laws of the state or territory in which Elemental Health operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Australian courts.
