A Note From Elise
I don't believe women need another meal plan.
I believe they’ve spent years solving the wrong problem.
I know because I spent years doing it myself , restricting, pushing, tracking, punishing my body into a shape it was never designed to hold under that kind of pressure. Eventually I realised my body wasn't the problem, the way I was trying to control it was, that's why everything we do here starts differently.
We help you understand how your nervous system is actually wired , how you respond to stress, why you crave what you crave, what your body's been protecting you from, and what you can finally stop forcing.
When you stop relying on rules to tell you what to do, you finally create space to listen to what your body has been trying to say all along.
if you're ready to understand your body instead of manage it, you're in the right place.

The Story behind Elemental Health
Elemental Health was born from that journey.
With Love, Elise.
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.
For a long time, I believed health was something I had to chase.
I thought if I could just be a little more disciplined, a little more consistent, a little more in control, I'd finally feel at peace in my body.
But the truth is, I spent years living in survival mode.
My journey began with being diagnosed with anorexia in my teens. At the time, I thought I was chasing health, but looking back, I can see I was really chasing certainty. Control felt safe. Rules felt safe. If I could just get everything "right," maybe I'd finally feel enough.
As I recovered, that drive didn't disappear, it simply changed shape.
I found bodybuilding, and while it looked completely different from the outside, the mindset underneath wasn't all that different. I swapped one set of rules for another. I measured, tracked, planned and perfected. My body became something to manage, and my worth often felt tied to how well I could stick to the plan.
From the outside, it probably looked like health. On the inside, I still felt disconnected.
The more life unfolded, the more I realised that what had once served me no longer fit the woman I was becoming. As life evolved, so did I. I stopped believing that more discipline was the answer, and became curious about what my body had been trying to tell me all along.
Instead of asking, "How can I control this?" I started asking, "What does my body need from me right now?"
Our bodies are always communicating with us.
The cravings, fatigue, inconsistency, emotional eating, the feeling of constantly starting over.
They're rarely signs that you've failed. More often than not, they're signs that your body has been doing its best to protect you.
Today, my relationship with health looks completely different. I move because it makes me feel strong. I nourish my body because I respect it, not because I'm trying to shrink it, I rest without guilt.
I trust my body to communicate what it needs, and I trust myself to respond with curiosity instead of criticism, because I've rebuilt a relationship with myself that no longer relies on rules or fear.
